What is the content of a bean? How much protein, carbohydrate, fat, and whatever else?

Bean and all it's varieties, are rich in nutrients, iron,
protein and fibers.

A half cup of dried bean has 120
calories and it has a very low glycemic index. A dish of cooked beans contains about 15
grams of fibers, which is more than half of the daily recommended of 25 grams. Being
rich in vegetable fibers, it prevents the absorption of sugar and it reduces the
secretion of insulin. The beans have almost no cholesterol and low level of fats.

Beans are a source of proteins. The human body converts
protein into amino acids. Amino acids repair muscle tissues and
bones.

Proteins found in beans help to heal infections and
balance enzyme levels and hormone levels.

In beans can be
found the best type of complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates provide energy for
muscles and brain.
