You left a line out of the stanza as written by Keats and
did not correctly quote the last line (the word "know" should only appear once).  After
"to whom thou say'st" should be inserted "Beauty is truth, truth beauty - that is all".
 That omitted line is the line that is not iambic pentameter.  The rhyme scheme is ABACB
- first and third lines rhyme, second and fifth lines rhyme, third line is
different.
